could I still be pregnant or am I crazy

My period is five days late I have been sick and have had back pain and nausea , I can't stand some smells and I have been emotional and moody like if I was on my period  .im just confused I took a test it said neg .. I got off bc pills 3 or 4 months ago cause I was having side effects I was on it for 3 hrs  could this be something from that ? Sorry I don't have anyone to ask thanks y'all
