Grocery stores give me anxiety. There were way too many people at Market Basket today and I started to have a panic attack. I guess large crowds give me anxiety

Noise, large crowds, and me being uncomfortable. I also get anxiety when i forget to do my homework, me being late, having to talk to people in my schools administration office, or me being too overwelmed or stressed.
