Cetaphil works wonders. I have eczema and nothing ever worked for me. I did notice tho the containers with the green lid is a thin cream now. Go online like to Amazon and get the cetaphil tub with the blue lid, you won't be disappointed. My husband looked at the different ingredients To see why it was thinner but everything seemed the same BUT my hands new which was better.. #TeamBlueLid

Update. Went for his two months shots yesterday doc said it's eczema. Any home remedies to soothe it? I have bought baby aveeno for eczema just want to know if there is anything else I can use at home

Has he been in the ocean lately? Other than that, I would say it could be heat rash or possibly eczema. Definitely take him to the pediatrician though.
