losing best friend

Ugh!! I just don't understand how you ask me to be your girlfriend YOU don't want to have sex just cuddle but I'm the one that is being too clingy?? And suffocating you can anyone explain this to me?? Why after 5months you decide to break up with me? You were my best friend helped me through everything!! Now you won't talk to me he helped me when my baby died he has been my best friend for 10 years now I just don't know what to do!!
