Do Not Pass Go

I am a freshman in college. Today I went to my history lecture and the teacher had us split into groups and talk about a movie we watched last class. She also passed around a paper for the class to sign for attendance. After giving us the "assignment" she left. She had been gone for a good fifteen minutes and I had to pee. So, I go to the bathroom and see I had just started my period. I'm just sitting the like WHY ME?? After I get myself together I clean myself up, make a toilet paper pad and go back to class. By this time the teacher is still not back. The attendance had been passed around and I had signed it. I decided that I have had enough of the day and I wanted to leave the class. I was sitting two rows from the front so most of the class saw me grab my things and walk towards the door. Some guy even asked for a high five as I walked past him. I could hear some other students planning to leave with me as I walked out. I did not mean to create a mass exodus in the middle of history lecture. I just wanted some midol and a pad. Aren't periods just the best *sarcasm
