Magnetic pads???

Has anyone used those supposedly "magnetic sanitary napkins" that are supposed to be super absorbent and help with cramps and stuff?? My grandma just bought a huge $>100 box of them for me bc she said she went to a seminar and they explained the science behind it to her? I tried looking it up but I couldn't find anything about them other than stuff from the company itself (which btw is based in East Africa and China?) I'm pretty sure I've heard of magnetic pads before but I can't find anything about the science behind them anywhere.

I wore one today and it didn't seem to do anything other than almost leak out of my pants so.....

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with these and if they actually worked or if they could explain what it is, thanks!!

Also, what's the indicator for?? It doesn't say anything on the box other than to "apply vaginal secretion onto the indicator and get the results" of what??
