Baby shower ?

So, when is the best time to start sending out baby shower invitations??? Im having my baby shower november 5th, and i was just curious when i should get ready to send them out?? I was thinking beginning of october? But is that to early?

My shower is on Nov 12th, I sent my incantations out Sept 14th. Many of my guest are from out of town and I need to be considerate and give them enough time to plan if I expect any of them to show up.

My shower is the same day and I just order my invitation so as soon as I get them I will be give them out!

That sounds good! It will give people two weeks to RSVP and you another two weeks to prep for everyone coming!

Yeah i already made the event and sent it out to everybody thats invited :)  So thanks everyone for the advice i feel alittle less stress now! Haha

My shower will be on nov 4th and I'm sending them out by the end of this month. Usually you give guests 4-6 weeks notice. I chose 6 weeks because my event will be on a Friday at night and most people work.

I always try to send invites for showers out atleast a month in advance. Just so people have time to ask for time off work, or schedule around it.

I'm having my shower on that day too and am sending out my invites ASAP because it gives more people time to plan ahead if they need to clear their schedules and to rsvp.
