sensitive diaper rash cream?

Does anyone have a suggestion for sensitive diaper rash cream? I've tried Butt Paste and Aquaphor so far and they both made her rash worse.

Triple paste was the only thing that worked for my baby and we tried everything else on the market. She has a very bad rash bc she was a little pooper all the time.

Also tip what really helped also was making sure you wash the area between diaper changes. You want to get all the old cream off. We basically had some water on the changing table and just used a baby wipe that was extra wet. And we padded the area dry with a cloth, if your babies skin is wet when you apply diaper cream you are locking in the moisture which makes it worse. I found this info on a tub of diaper rash cream.

I'm a mother of two (12 year old boy & 8 month old girl) & we have another on the way.
With our son and our baby girl we used diaper rash creams every diaper change as a preventitive however after about 4 months our daughter ended up with a bad case of diaper rash anyway. 
I was so annoyed as we'd been so diligent in trying to prevent it and so I took to the Internet to look for ideas.
After just a few minutes I came across coconut oil as an idea.
I figured why not?! It's natural, no nasty chemicals, pretty cheap and easy to buy.

So we tried it and within 24 hours her lil butt was rash free!!  
We have used nothing but coconut oil on her butt every diaper change since then and have had NO ISSUES at all!!
We now tell everyone about it as it's SOOO much cheaper than diaper rash cream and is also free of nasty chemicals etc.
It's also great as a moisturiser if they get any lil dry patches of skin.

Seriously give it a try...I wish we'd known about it sooner as it would have saved us $$$ and we'll definitely be using it on our next lil addition. 😊

I had a preemie in a high level NICU center they used zguard which helped a bit but if the bottom is raw they used something called ilex and then put petroleum jelly over it. It seals the area it is really good button have to follow the directions really well. If any of it gets stuck on the skin use soap and water with a wash cloth and it should come off don't pull.  We rarely have to use it but when we do, it works like a charm.

Try corona cream! It worked wonders with my little girl we still use it and she's 3.
