I had a d&c for a missed miscarriage (identical twins) on August 26th, so it's been exactly 3 weeks. I've had really bad heartburn for 2 days now which is the first symptom I had during my 2 week wait the first time I got pregnant. Could I be pregnant again so soon after D&c?

I had a miscarriage that same day 😥 but didn't have to have a D&C. Still pretty positive and hopeful that I could possibly be pregnant again this cycle. Currently on my TWW now with AF due in 8 days

Have u checked to see if your hcg levels went down mine did a week after mine and it's been 3 weeks due in next week hoping I don't x
