I've been considering getting a labiaplasty for a little over a year now. Before anyone lectures me about 'loving the skin I'm in'- let me just say that I have grown to be a VERY body positive female. I'm not doing this because I don't find my lady bits aesthetically pleasing, or because my boyfriend has called them ugly (I'd leave him in a heartbeat if he ever did). I want a labiaplasty because my labia is enlarged and it gets irritated from rubbing on my clothes, and I have a hard time enjoying sex when it hurts from all the friction. Is there anyone else in this wonderful community of women who has suffered through something similar willing to give me any advice? Is there anything I should know before getting this operation? How difficult is the healing process? Just trying to gather a little more information before making a final decision ☺
