Bloody stretchy discharge??

I just checked my cm and when I pulled my finger out it was covered in blood and some bloody mucus that stretched like eggwhite. I've had very very slight cramps today. And last night me and my husband had sex and it felt tender for some reason when he would hit my cervix. It wasn't rough sex either. And when we got done there was blood on the sheet and I went to go wipe off and had blood. I took an ovulation test today and it was negative. Anyone have any thoughts?? Im Also on CD 11. My period ended last Thursday and was only 3 or 4 days long and very light. I've also been taking vitex for a month
