Bedtime

What time does your 8 month old go to sleep every night? I keep being told that my son who will be 8 months on the 27th should be going to bed earlier . He goes to bed between 830-9 I've tried putting him to bed from 730-800 but he almost always wakes up around 4 am wide awake and that's just too early . He doesn't get fed during the night and most nights he'll sleep till 8 or 9 am with wakings from teething twice . Picture just because he's adorable:)
