questions for all the fathers out there
.. so my fiancé works from 10:30am-7pm and doesn't get home til 8-830 depending on traffic as he works at dfw airport.. as t stands he's only going to get five days off for the birth of our child as the company he works for in the airport doesn't have paternal leave. After those five days he goes back to working the odd hours until he finds a better job.
My question is how do we go about keeping him actively in our daughter's life when she's born?
He's up at 7 and out the door by 930 with a shower, getting dressed and taking the dog for the morning walk... im just worried he won't get enough bonding time with our daughter and I know he wants that. (He'd be a stay at home dad if he could)
