Nightmares?

Anyone else having horrible vivid nightmares? I get them at least three times a week. I feel like a child again.

Yesss. My nanna is dying and dreamt last night she was possessed by a demon and it was like being on a horror movie. No one would believe me. When I woke up and checked the time it was 3:10am and I was well freaked and didn't go back to sleep. My husband said he wa about to wake me because I starte breathing really funny !! Sooo scary.

2-3/week. I hate them as I wake up screaming/crying and feeling horrible. Last night, I was walking around my house and everything I touched (the bannister, a door) just disintegrated in my hand. I spent the rest of the dream terrified about touching my tummy, in case my hands of death were to do the same thing to the baby! It ended with me having to climb these never ending stairs. I'm bent over, panting and trying to keep going, and the whole time I just kept repeating,"No hands on the belly, no hands on the belly." 🙁
