when is the best time to take a home pregnancy test?

Plz advice somebody, I think I am pregnant. But has not confirmed that yet. I'm experiencing most of the symptoms listed in Google. But my partner and myself are so frightened to take a home pregnancy test. He is of the opinion that it's too early to check this up. If the test gives a false negative result,  just because we are early, that's gonna hit us badly. 
So can any one suggest me the apt time to take the home pregnancy test..

I always waited the full week that my period was suppose to start. I waited that long just because I took a test once cause I missed it by a day the test was negative and I literally started my period that night. So I wait a full week.

Usually your first pee in the morning has the highest amount of the hormone that registers. I've always heard that's the best time. Good luck!

If you're a few days after your period was expected, it's less important to take it first thing in the morning. I took mine in the evening on the Thursday after I had expected my period on Monday. In that case, it's still better to take it after having not peed for a while- try to store up for two hours at least.

I waited five days after I was suppose to come on my period. And I tested that night when I realized I was five days late. I took one it said positive. Then a digital one in the morning to make sure

I didn't wait until I missed my period or anything. The only way me and my husband knew I needed to take a test was when I went to bring him lunch that day and it was chicken and I had to roll down the windows bc the smell of the chicken was making my tummy turn all different kinds of way. I like chicken but it made me sick. So my husband insisted I took a pregnancy test. Yes your first pee in the morning is always best to test with to get accurate results but I didnt. If your pregnant, it will show up on the test reguaress.. But for the best results wait until 3-4 days after your missed period and I would get two pregnancy test. As soon as you wake up take one. And then wait until you have to pee again and test again to make sure of your results! Good luck😄
