Ineffective if I vomited?

So i took my pill at 6:30 yesterday and ended up throwing up because of a migraine at like 9:45 last night. Would this have made the pill not work and should i be concerned?

The pill should be in your system after 3/4 hours of intake. You should be fine, but if you want to be extra safe and aren't exactly sure whether you should trust it, use a condom for 7 days if you plan to have sex.
