Royally freaking out

I'm officially 5 days late and two pregnancy tests negative.. called my doc they want me to wait till 2 weeks past.. I'm beyond freaking out. I am sexually active and not on BC but wear a condom(he does) just a little advice would be great.. or comforting words?...
