Bleeding on pill

Hi girlies

I really need help

I've been on the pill for over a year and the last month I have been bleeding consistently like everyday. It started of like brownish and then got redder. Idk what it is. It's not like spotting I've had that before for a few days and then it goes but this has been everyday and I've even had to wear a pad.

Idk what to do?!

I'm scared and me and my fiancé have unprotected sex often could I get pregnant ?😭😭😭
