Does this sound promising ?

Alright in four days late ... I've been cramping lots of creamy / watery cm , then stronger cramps tonight then sharp pains in my side . I've been expecting AF since 11dpo because of cramping but nothing so far . I have sore boobs on and off it's not persistent ..im exhausted I took a test last week and saw a faint line but I assumed it was an evap because it was so faint . I have times where I can eat anything and everything and right now I'm gagging trying to eat some chicken strips . I've had sudden bouts of Being naseous .. But not actually thrown up .. And I get really really weak feeling at times which i did with my first pregnancy because I was diabetic during  my pregnancy . (I don't remember the correct terminology ) I also had really low iron levels that caused me to get weak and black out . I had one dizzy spell the other day at the grocery store but didn't think anything if it . My cervix is a high .. But feels soft I can't tell if it's closed or open tho ?
