saline nasal spray (stuffy nose) safe to use?

Is this safe to use for a stuffy nose? I been with a stuffy nose for almost a week😒 i just been using alittle vicks under my nose. Hard for me to breath anyways now that im 30weeks

As long as the nasal spray does not include any type of decongestant because that will cause rebound congestion and actually make things worse. Just a regular saline nasal spray is perfectly safe and fine to use :)
