New mom here... Is Tylenol safe during pregnancy? Especially first trimester?

Yes. I had a terrible sinus infection and I called 3 of my husbands nurse friends and one of his doctor friends about what I can take and they all recommended acetaminophen. I was 10 weeks at the time.

It is the only pain killer my obgyn ok'd for me to take for during pregnancy.

Yes it's safe, but like anything else don't abuse it.. try not to take medicine unless you really need to
