Tandem strollers for toddler + baby?

Need suggestions from moms with an older toddler (3ish) with a new baby. I'm needing a tandem stroller that's easy to maneuver, possibly with one hand since we sometimes walk the dog at the same time. One that can hold a range if infant carrier brands (haven't bought a carrier yet), but is also comfortable later when baby is a little bigger and sits on their own.

Uppababy vista. You can use most major car seat brands with it and it has a lot of different configurations to seat 2 children.

Just got Bumbleride indie twin and I LOVE it. It's one handed push, fits my 2.5yr old with plenty of room, And lays flat for infant. It also has huge canopy to cover baby completely (with enough space for air to get in). It's great for different terrains. Even very pregnant, I was able to push it up a grass hill with toddler in it.  I wish I had gotten the single Bumbleride when my daughter was born!

A friend of mine has a phil&teds buggy with a double kit underneath. 
Have a look at their website. I ended up getting one like it for if I have a second baby. 
Because it's single width, it's super easy to get around stores too
