Has anyone had anal with hemorrhoids?

Tomorrow will be the first time I'll try anal with my BF of 6 months but I haven't told him I have hemorrhoids from when I was prescribed adderall 2 years ago..it made me extremely constipated..I'm nervous because I still have it its painless and whenever we have sex I'll just stick it up there but now I'm worried it's gonna pop out when we have sex. Has anyone experienced this?

I've had a hemorrhoid for about... 8 months now. My husband use to eat out my butt all the time, I won't even let him do that now. Lol
