Advice needed. Honesty appreciated.

Recently I've been very interested in a girl I work with, my entire life I've always identified as straight, but was always a tad curious about women. The girl that I work with flirt with each other back and forth but have established that it's just as friends. I can only get off to lesbian porn which I always thought wasn't normal, I know now that it is. She makes me want to try being with a woman, but I don't know if it's something I would actually do until I was in the moment. What is the best way to approach talking to a woman when I'm not sure what I want? Also are there other girls out there in the same situation?
