burning sensation?

13 weeks pregnant. Intense burning in my nipples. Just started happening tonight. Anyone know what this could be? And how to help soothe it? I know it could just be something about the developing milk ducts, but it's getting really bothersome.

Try a warm wash cloth, my nipples were super itchy and used the warm wash cloth and it helped. I know your having a different sensation but it may be worth the try!
