Postpartum belt
Can anyone recommend a good postpartum belt/wrap/girdle type product? I figure I may as well order something now. I don't want anything too majorly restrictive or miraculous, it's not totally about getting back in shape. More being comfortable after. I have a bit of diastasis recti and would like to help everything get back to normal!!
