I think the likelihood of them cheating again depends on the person and how invested they are in the relationship.
That being said, I also interpret it as "once they cheat, you will always SEE them as a cheater." That betrayal won't go away and deep down it will always linger in your mind no matter how far back you shove it. I think this is why it's so difficult for people to stay with those who cheat because the trust is gone and that's what relationships are based on. It's hard to get it back after something like that, and most people just never regain that trust.
So I will always believe it's best to leave a cheater right then and there, but that's just me personally.

Hmm.....kinda depends......once your partner cheats on you and you stay with them then yes they will more then likely cheat again but doesn't mean that they will cheat on someone else....I can honestly say.....yes I have cheated in the past. But I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years and have a daughter with him and I would never cheat on him. Couldn't even think about cheating on him.

Honestly no it really depends on the person. I had a ex boyfriend/fwb who cheated on me and other girls. But we were teenagers and honestly no one should expect commitment in your teenage years, a lot of teenagers just aren't mature enough for that, relationships are hard work. He's in his 20s now and has definitely left that life style behind. He's been in a committed relationship for over a year now and I'm honestly so proud of him. And I'm so happy for him because he grew up and finally realized that sleeping around and hurting people is wrong. I use to have a lot of bad feelings for him because I loved him so much and he hurt me because he wasn't ready for commitment but people grow up and I lost those bad feelings. I'm glad he's in a good place. So like I said it depends on the person. Some people will grow up and decide to be in a committed relationship and other people won't and never will want to be in a committed relationship.
