getting over a guy ??!!!!

How do you get over someone? Me not letting go of him is actually hurting me mentally I want closure but that's never going to happen I can't let go I need help

Feel good music as loud as you can get it, a couple of your besties to act stupid with, really good food and another guy to chat up, (you don't need to date or be serious about jumping into a new relationship..he'll get you to accept that moving on is okay). 
At least, that's what I've done.
