Who has gotten a charley horse?!?!

No lie, they are probably the worst pain I've ever experienced

We just call them cramps how in the world did they become charley horses?! I get them in my toes and my hands they're so painful!

I have before,  they hurt so bad! If you're getting them often,  there are things you can do though.  Being dehydrated and being low in magnesium are both common triggers for them.  Drink lots of water and take baths with magnesium salts.

Oh God I have and felt like a ball behind calf. I would think that my leg is going to break lol. I hate them it helps standing and rubbing it.

Omg they hurt so bad. I close my eyes when i get them bc I refuse to see mymuscle  cramp up in funny ways lol
