What does this mean?
I'm so confused right now...and depressed. This is my first month in tracking my temperature. But we've been ttc for over a year. Now, according to glow I ovulated on the 18th. Based on articles I've read, they say that before you ovulate your temp will go down and then rise again after. On my chart you can tell this happened, however, my temp keeps falling. I'm thinking due to the hormones like progesterone falling lower and lower due to me not conceiving. Is that what it means? I've also read that it could be due to a messed up luteal phase but I'm not sure that's what's going on. Is this normal? The fall in temp after ovulation or does this mean I'm not pregnant? Either way, I feel out this month. We tried so hard and I feel like a failure as a woman that I can't get pregnant. *sigh*
