Dock a tot experiences, worth the money?!

Question

Considering buying for my now 4 month old(turned 4 months today may 17th),she's been sleeping in the bed with us and can only fall asleep on the boob or in some sort of motion, hoping it will make her more comfortable falling and staying asleep in her crib. Has anyone else tried and had success or can recommend another way to get baby to sleep in crib??

Is the crib in your room? I ask because their website say the infant versions are only supposed to be used for co-sleeping. The grand (that unbuckles) isn't supposed to be used until 9mos of age. I'm not sure if the reasoning. Just what their website says. Food for thought.

We love our dock a tot! Bought one early on because baby girl loves feeling snuggled, by refused to be swaddled. It's great because it keeps them safe, without any worry about rolling or breaking free from a swaddle. Also, the ends unclip for when they get too long so their feet can hang out the end. We take it with us anywhere and gives her a safe place to sleep even when we are away from home.

Totally worth it. We bought it when he was a week old and he's now four months
old (also may 17). We've used it in our bed, his crib and traveled with it. It's expensive,
but I think it's one of the better baby purchase we've made. We have the deluxe version and our baby is a big boy so if you're buying at four months, I would buy based on your baby's size.

Totally worth it! My baby has slept in hers in the arms reach co sleeper attached to our bed, on our bed, and we've put it in her crib for short periods of monitored naps. But my four month old already fills up the whole dock unclipped and that's with her being a bit on the short side at 24 inches. It may be better to wait for the larger size?
