I can't remember if I've asked before so forgive me 😭. Does anyone use it for their cycle, pregnancy, or pre-labor? There is a lot of unknown research apparently... But it's supposed to be good for toning the uterus. I took it my last cycle and i think it made my cycle longer (however; I was late) but my cramps did dull down to what I would assume the average woman feels. I only had intense contractions for an hour on the 3rd day/first true heavy cycle day. I'm hoping it's finally a non-narcotic aid for my dysmenorrhea. Should I take it the whole month? Or during PMS and my cycle? I think it's also an ingredient in my peaceful mama tea (& maybe my milkmaid tea). Comment with how you utilize this and how often, and what your results are!
