tummy time troubles 😔

So my girl is almost 14 weeks and has always loved tummy time! But for the past two weeks anytime I put her on her tummy she has a complete meltdown to the point she just sticks her face head down into her play mat and screams. I don't know why there is a sudden change but any suggestions on what to do? She has a little pillow that can prop her but she never needed it before and still has a meltdown when we use it. I don't want her to lose any of what she had gained as far as head control and lifting into push up position. But I also don't want her screaming crying. Thanks for any advice!!
