Vomiting after taking sugar pill

I took my last pill in my pack around 30 minutes ago then got in the shower. While in the shower I suddenly felt the need to vomit, and I did. (I think I have a bug someone in the household had recently, trust me there isn't the slightest change I am puking because I am pregnant). I know that last week of pills is a "sugar pill" but I just wanted to seek some reassurance on here that my vomiting isn't going to have an effect on my birth control.
