Mine was sooo bad with my 2nd. Pregnancy that I had to start using an anemia about once a week. :/ it's gross and uncomfortable, but it works!! Then after you get that blocking out I would then try to use more if the fiber rich foods, and TONS of water. I'm no professional at all, but I think you need to remove the blocking you do have for your new diet to start helping your digestive system. Wishing you the best of luck!!!
Constipation and pregnancy HELP
It seems like no matter what I do, eat, or laxative I take I cannot poop more than once a week if I'm lucky. I know it's TMI but I'm 15 weeks now and I'm having stomach pain from it and I really need some advice! I have talked to my doctor but they just keep telling me different things I can take or try and I'm like I've already done that! So frustrating
