I've had the worst cramps of my life this period, but the cramps only lasted for the first day and the rest of my period I've just had weird pains/sensations but no cramps. Also, the first day I bled pretty heavy, the second day was much lighter, and the third and fourth days the bleeding had been very light (only need panty liners). And I feel really sick to my stomach. Have any of you ladies been like this before? Do you know what it is?
