How do you deal with jealousy?

So I have not ever been jealous when I was with my ex like I could care less if who he talk too or looked At but with my love it's a whole diff rents story I'm not sure if it's cause he ha a son with Someone else and I don't want him talking to like no girls at all unless it's family that's it but like I know in my heart he will not cheat on me but im just soo jelouse how do you all deal with jelousey? If your are jelouse How could I get over it?? I really want to :(((

I use to deal with jealous bf's and me super jealous myself and as i got more confident and secure with myself it just went away but i could totally see were the jealousy comes from with another women having his child i did it once and never again not cause i couldnt take it but i want to be the only women with control over him and no worries and that deff. Wasnt the case

First of all, in my opinion, it's not jealousy. You're right to feel that way. He's YOUR man, and they need to respect that. at first I had trouble with some girls openly calling my man "sexy" and flirting with him on Facebook, but I told him it made me uncomfortable. He apologized (a lot) and told me I have a right to be upset, and he stopped replying to them. He said I could look through his phone whenever I wanted, but I will never do that. You have to learn to let go and trust him. If you know he won't cheat, then all these girls probably look silly to him. When you start to get upset, just take a few breaths and remember who his heart belongs to- you :)
