Tragus Piercings

So recently I've been thinking about getting my tragus pierced, but I have a few questions. How much will it hurt? What is the healing time like? Can my tragus be too small? Left side, right side, or both? I know for sure if I'm going to get a tragus piercing it will be with a needle. Does anyone know of places in Oregon that pierces them?

(Just as a side note I already have 2 lobe piercings, both done with a gun. I plan to get more than those and a tragus)
