I'm on 8dpo today, tested yesterday and it was negative, which I figured because we didn't have sex much this cycle. But I've had a mixture of sharp and dull pains in my right pubic/pelvic region, and randomly in my left area as well. I've been nauseous all day, the pain has been on and off for 2 days now, me I just feel weird. And I've had super detailed vivid dreams which I NEVER remember my dreams.
