Forgot prenatal vitamin?!

pregnancy brain has struck again! I cannot remember if I took my prenatal vitamin. If I take another to be safe, is it ok?!

I set an alarm on my phone so I wouldn't forget.  I used to make it pretty routine and do it first thing in the AM but was given another prescription that can only be taken in the AM and not mixed with prenatals. The alarm has helped a ton!

My prenatals come individually packaged so I write on the back the date that way if I forget it I can see :)

Now if your prenatals come in a bottle you could write the date on the side of the bottle and just remember the cross out each date as you take it.

I understand that so what I started doing is setting an alarm on my phone and label it as prenatal and then I take it the same time everyday and not forget

Read the instructions on the vitamins. There are hundreds of types. Mine say no just skip today

Pregnancy brain is sucha curse, especially at work when your in the middle of six different things!! I get so confused. hahaha

I use one of those pill counters that goes by the week. I have other pills I have to take and it helps because the box is empty if you did take them. (:

If you've been taking them regularly, you'll have built up a store in your body so one day without won't be bad.

Mine come in a blister pack of seven with the days of the week on the back. Very handy!

Best just to skip it. Even if you did forget it'll be ok, baby takes whatever it needs from your body anyways.

I would wait until the next day that's what I do when I forget to take one.
