4th pregnancy

so I'm pregnant again for the 4th time in 11 months 💗 please god let this one stick and be in the right place ☹️️ not sure how much more I can take. I have 1 tube remaining after 2 ectopics in my right tube which was removed in Feb. I Then got pregnant in June to be told it was uterine but I would miscarry and hey they were right I did 💔 just want my rainbow to appear and for this one to be uterine and ok 😭 I'm already having sharp pains in my left side where I have my only tube so hoping it's just from the surgery scar and not another ectopic 🙁
