do you feel pregnant at 10 weeks??

I know the symptoms are supposed to go away a bit but I almost feel normal and that super freaks me out, because I've been overreading everything on the internet 😂. My nausea is on and off but no puking and I still have some of those small cramps and bloating and wanting to sleep the day away. I've guesstimated 10 weeks but have my ultrasound  not this week but the next. I'm just so nervous and want to make sure everything is ok! I've had one pregnancy (which was fine and she's 6 now) idk why I'm so worried this time lol.
