Tl;dr Started birth control a couple months ago. Crampy and bleeding for a few days now. Wtf is going on!?

I'm nearing the end of my second month on the pill (it's a combination pill).

I've been taking it regularly daily.

I missed my period last month (the gap week). Don't worry, I took two pregnancy tests and they're both negative.

A couple days ago, I had a little bit of cramps and noticed a bit of brown discharge (like what happens at the end of my period when the last bits come out.)

The following day (yesterday) I was off and on crampy and the discharge went between brown and red.

Today, I'm crampy. Still bleeding. Mostly red. Its kinda behaving like I'm on my period. However, I've still got a few more pills before my gap week starts.
