Preseed

So I've been TTC since March now and it's been rough for me and my husband having my period show up every month. So I was considering trying Preseed. But I've seen a few reviews that seem to blame it for their miscarriages. I don't want to buy a product and use it to get pregnant to only have more heart break. So what does everyone who has used think of it?? I'm highly considering it but I want to hear personal experiences first! Thanks:)
