Is it safe to go for long distance walks while pregnant?

Might be a dumb question but ive been holding of on sex and exercise since finding out about my rainbow baby.... I want to work out

Both sex and exercise are safe during pregnancy unless your doctor has instructed you to refrain from either (due to bleeding, high risk, etc.) In fact it is better to exercise and keep your body in shape during pregnancy - labor is hard work and you will bounce back better after your baby comes. I run about 3-4 times a week and I'm 14 weeks, but I also ran before I was pregnant. Do what you're comfortable with and enjoy. :)

Walking is awesome for you! :) just make sure you stay hydrated and rest when you feel like you need to rest!

Walking is great ! It's great to get things moving in your body and amazing for the mind . Fresh air is also great . Maybe start on short walks first to see how you feel . Then build yourself up to longer walks .

When doing anything, listen to what your body says. Pregnancy doesn't limit you as much as most people assume. Get your workout in mama (as long as you feel up to it!) ☺️
