Ovulation kits, preseed. 6 months isn't long. Positions don't matter.  Time of day doesn't matter..lifestyle might. Yours and his...what is healthy to one might not be to another

Positions really have very little to do with this. Healthy couples can take up to a year. If your cycles are normal, you are likely fine. Keep on getting it on. If you hit one year with no success, then get some assistance (I needed a lot to conceive my first).

My best advice is to make sure you guys are still having fun. Don't let sex become a chore only about conception. You will get there. Good luck

My husband and I tried for almost 2 years. I now have a 3 month old healthy little boy. Want to know what got me? We went out for my birthday celebration, we had a few drinks, and just enjoyed ourselves. So my advice would be to relax and don't make it a chore!! Good luck! 😊😊
