pregnancy after miscarriage

Hey ladys! Just wanting to know if someone has had similar issues.. So to start, this is my 4th pregnancy. 1st ended in a molar, 2nd was just a sac and third was a chromosome abnormal miscarriage :/ so obviously I'm pretty worried about this one especially since I had a d&c on July 8th. I went in for a check up on Aug 1. had blood work to make sure my levels were down on Aug 11. (And they were at 0) Found out I was pregnant again on Aug 28th! 😳 so I guess my question is... Has anyone gotten pregnant so soon after a d&c? And did everything go ok? I have had zero luck to begin with and am just freaking out! 😩 my appointment isn't until next Monday 😏
