Breast Cancer

Breast Cancer is the 11th most common form of cancer. It has one of the highest survival rates, but it makes the most fundraising. Everyone has seen breast cancer awareness and I think it's awesome. But there's other types of cancer. My school has multiple pink out days and each grade gets a separate pink ball and football players wear pink socks all out of this awareness for this disease. My grandmother passed away due to breast cancer. I support the hype for breast cancer, we need this exposure on the disease. But what about other cancers? Lung cancer, pancreatic, and there are fundraisers but not nearly as many. I'm planning on wearing purple on pink out day... in respect for all cancers. What do you guys think? Shouldn't we add awareness to other types of cancer?
