Hi! Its ok to eat pork chop while breastfeeding? I ask because my grandma says that it's not right that can make the baby sick.

Your gramma must be Latin lol my gramma and mom told me the same thing this past Saturday you can't eat pozole because of the pork it's going to cause has and colic to the baby I ate it and baby was fine I think it's all old wives tales lol 😊
