Hi ladies. I just saw this documentary on Netflix, "The business of being born". It is so eye opening on how the US maternity care system is so jacked up. I never thought I would do a home birth because my mind has been so predisposed by society (industry) lies about hospital births vs home births. I would love to do a home birth now but my insurance doesn't cover it. I will still look into how much it would cost to pay out of pocket. I really recommend watching this!
